Berry on the nose.Fruit, fruit and more fruit...blueberry and prunes (and not in a good, Port way)...the slightest hint of oak, not much in terms of tannins and virtually no structure.
Not much in terms of a finish. Right after being opened this had a strange, battery acid taste at the end of it....but at hour two that faded thankfully.
The bottle says this can be aged for up to ten years....it would be a curious experiment...by the taste of it, I couldn’t imagine letting this cellar for more than a year or two. For this price, in fact for less money, you can do better.
